Albanian police are continuing their search to find the 30-year-old, who is suspected of being taken from the stream of the Dars village, ending up in the Mat River.
The Dibër Police Directorate has announced that since January 10, 2026, RENEA police officers are continuing the search to find citizen JK.
"The search operation involves RENEA divers, the National Security Forces, the Shkodra Unit (FNSH), the "Eagle" Special Force of the Dibër Local Police Directorate, the services of the Mat Police Commissariat, the Fire Protection and Rescue Service, representatives of the Armed Forces, as well as volunteer forces, who continue to comb the riverbed from both sides," the announcement states.
It has been announced that up to this moment, it has not been possible to find the body of the 30-year-old.
