Salah's renewal opens the door for Liverpool star to leave at the end of the season

Mohamed Salah's contract renewal at Liverpool could be the end of the adventure for another Liverpool striker and he is not Darwin Nunez.

Salah has been the subject of numerous rumours for much of the 2024/2025 season, during which he scored 27 goals in the Premier League.

This media outlet claims that Luis Diaz's future will be affected by Salah's stay in the Premier League.

The Colombian striker still has two years left on his current contract, meaning the club would stand to gain a huge sum of money if they agreed to sell him (around €75 million).

The 28-year-old joined Liverpool from Porto for €45m in January 2022 and has scored 38 goals and provided 23 assists in 142 appearances for the six-time Champions League winners.
