Rosemary oil for hair growth is wrongly used by many people!

If your hair is falling out, be sure to add this – it works best that way. Here's how to properly use rosemary oil for hair care!

Rosemary oil has recently become an absolute trend in hair care.

It is believed to accelerate hair growth and strengthen its structure. But is it really so and should we blindly believe every trend that spreads on social networks?

Hair care expert, Deepa Berar, has shown that rosemary oil is used incorrectly, Telegraph reports.

"Why doesn't rosemary oil help with hair loss and why doesn't rosemary oil stop hair loss?", she asked everyone. She gave four reasons. "You're using it wrong. You have to dilute it with a base oil like castor oil,” she explained and then went on to explain the causes of hair loss.

Experts also advise that you should never apply rosemary oil directly to the scalp. It would be nice to mix it with some other oil (besides castor oil, coconut oil and jojoba oil are great solutions) or to mix it with shampoo.

“You're not really treating what's actually causing your hair loss. Your body may be lacking one of the key nutrients for hair growth,” she added.

By the way, essential vitamins for hair growth are vitamins B, D, C, iron and zinc. Also, some people may be "sensitive" to rosemary and will not get much hair growth benefits.
