Recently invited to Ferma Club, singer Ron Zaiti spoke about one of the biggest changes he has experienced in his personal and health life.
The famous artist has made a drastic change over the last five years, losing about 85 kilograms.
A transformation that came after an important decision to intervene for stomach problems.
"I needed a treatment for my stomach, a clinical approach that helped me a lot. I did it at the right time, before I reached an age where health problems would be more serious," he said.
After treatment, he admits that it took him some time to recover, but he immediately returned to physical activity.
Today, his routine includes gym and 'detox' programs, which help him keep himself fit and healthy.
This confession comes shortly after the singer was eliminated from the Ferma VIP show, where he ended up outside as a result of a choice by Big Basta. /Telegraph/
