The arrest of the defendant DH was made at the request of the Basic Prosecution Office in Gjilan, under suspicion of having committed the criminal offense of "Unauthorized works and appropriation of cultural monuments" at archaeological sites with detection equipment.
The same person is suspected of having conducted excavations or archaeological research without the authorization of the competent authority.
By order of the state prosecutor, the defendant DH has been detained for 48 hours.
