A video circulating on social media shows Rihanna leaving the Four Seasons Hotel accompanied by a bodyguard.

As she approached the exit, the door opened and hit her. The 37-year-old singer didn't dramatize it - she smiled and, in her signature style, sarcastically told the bodyguard: "What a gentleman you are."

Her remark immediately sparked an online debate.

While some sided with Rihanna and claimed the bodyguard was simply supposed to hold the door, others pointed out that this wasn't actually his job.
