Rey Manaj causes a serious interference with the star of Galatasaray, causing the Turkish federation to react

The Albanian footballer of Sivasspor, Rey Manaj, was part of the match against Galatasaray today, where he made a serious intervention against the star of Galatasaray, Barış Alper Yılmaz.

Rey Manaj has apologized to Barış Alper Yilmaz, saying that he had no bad intentions.

"I am very sorry that I faced a situation that I did not want to experience in my professional football life. I want to state with all my sincerity to him and the football public that I did not intend to foul Barış Alper Yılmaz or act in any way that would cause him an injury. It happened because of the adrenaline of the match result and I was trying to contribute to my team with emotions when this incident happened. I offer my heartfelt congratulations to Barış Alper Yılmaz and apologize to him, hoping to see him as soon as possible between us," wrote Rey Manaj.

Even the Turkish Football Federation (TFF) has made a statement regarding the player of Galatasaray and the Turkish National Team, Barış Alper Yılmaz.

"We are deeply saddened that Barış Alper Yılmaz, the valuable player of Galatasaray Sports Club and our National Team, was injured as a result of an unsportsmanlike intervention in the Sivasspor-Galatasaray match played today."

"As the TFF, the health and safety of every player who is part of Turkish football is our top priority. We would like to inform the public that we will follow this sad event", writes TFF in its response.

After the match, the famous Turkish player posted a photo of his injured leg, showing the damage he received.
