The Kocani regional police have filed a criminal complaint against 51-year-old JE from Kocani, due to suspicions of committing the criminal offense of "abuse of office and authorizations" as the director of a kindergarten.
"The denounced person, in her capacity as acting director of the Municipal Public Institution - "Pavlina Veljanova" Kindergarten in Kocani, has undertaken official actions exceeding the limits of her official authorizations."
"Through a private employment agency, she temporarily hired a person for the position of caretaker for the period 01.12.2024 - 15.05.2025, without possessing a valid license for this position. With this action, the denounced person enabled the person to obtain material benefit in the amount of 164.824 denars," the Ministry of Internal Affairs said, among other things.
