Real Madrid secures tough win over Getafe to keep title hopes alive thanks to Arda Guler's goal
Real Madrid has achieved an important victory over Getafe as a guest with a score of 1-0 in the 33rd week of La Liga.
The Kings started the match very well, taking risks on two occasions, with Fran Garcia and Brahim Diaz.
But in the 22nd minute, Arda Guler scored 1-0 with a beautiful shot from distance.
With this result, the first half ended, while there was no shortage of chances in the second.
Alvaro Rodriguez risked it for Getafe in the 58th minute, while Brahim Diaz had a good chance for the Kings.
Vinicius Junior was close to scoring, but David Soria made a great save.
The result did not change until the end, with Real Madrid taking their 22nd victory of the season.
Now, the Kings have 72 points, while Getafe has 39 points.
