Raul Asensio issues official statement on allegations he faces

Real Madrid defender Raul Asencio has issued a public statement following the official clarification of the Investigative Court No. 3 in San Bartolome de Tirajana, which excludes him from any involvement in the recording or distribution of videos with sexual content that are at the center of a sensitive investigation.

According to the latest ruling, Asencio did not have sexual relations with the people mentioned in the case, did not record any videos, and did not distribute any such material.

The court confirms that the images in question were taken in another location and not where the player was.

"I have not participated in any action that threatens the sexual freedom of any woman or minor. This is confirmed by the court's decision itself," declared the Madrid-based lawyer.

He adds that the only possible involvement is a momentary viewing from a third-party device, and that this element does not constitute a criminal offense according to the court.

Asencio emphasizes that the decision is still provisional, but he remains convinced that his innocence will be fully proven.

"I have full faith in justice and will continue to defend myself calmly and respectfully," he writes, ending with an appeal for respect for women's privacy and rights.

Raul Asencio is a rising name in the Real Madrid defense and has shown consistent performances in the current season.
