The Mayor of Pristina, Përparim Rama, has stated that municipal governance in the capital is functioning normally, despite the fact that new directors have not yet been appointed or reappointed after the elections.

In a press conference, Rama said that the Municipality is fully functional and that the management structures are already in place.

"We have a functional government, we have vice presidents, directors, and we are working without any problems," he said.

Rama stated that he has addressed all political parties with an invitation for cooperation, with the aim of forming a broad coalition that, according to him, would accelerate development processes in the capital.

According to him, a broad cross-party coalition is expected to be formalized soon.

"I have publicly asked all political parties to unite, that is, to form a broad coalition to push the processes forward, and this will certainly happen very soon," he declared.
