Rama reveals "state secret": Osmani was threatened for two years after refusing the Special Court's raid on the Presidency's office

The Prime Minister of Albania, Edi Rama, who is visiting Pristina on the occasion of the 18th anniversary of Kosovo's Independence, has made strong statements regarding the Special Court.
Speaking about the trial of KLA leaders, Rama said that former President Hashim Thaçi has been taken hostage by this court.
He even revealed, as he put it, a state secret about Kosovo, but not about him personally.
Rama said that President Vjosa Osmani has been threatened for two years in a row because she did not allow the offices of the presidency institution to be raided.
"It may be a state secret here in Kosovo, but for me it is not. Even the President of Kosovo has been threatened and you do not know this because it has never been said. She has been threatened because she did not allow prosecutors to violate the office of the Presidency institution, because they would demand evidence of crimes against humanity there as well," Rama declared.
He added that such an action, in his opinion, would place Kosovo in a difficult international position.
"Which would of course establish Kosovo as a state where evidence of crimes against humanity is found right in the President's office. The president's threat has lasted two years, but for her honor and that of Kosovo, she has stopped such a thing," Rama said. /Telegraph/
