The Prime Minister of Albania, Edi Rama, has congratulated the citizens of Kosovo on the 18th anniversary of the founding of the state.
Rama, in a Facebook post, expressed regret that he could not be present as he said at the "popular manifestation of solidarity with the four KLA hostages in the hell of international (in)justice in The Hague."
"Good morning and with the PHOTO ALBUM of my visit to Pristina yesterday, I wish Kosovo a happy independence with the regret that I cannot be present today at the popular manifestation of solidarity with the four KLA hostages in the hell of international (in)justice in The Hague," he writes. /Telegraph/
