Rahoveci 029 has scored a very dramatic victory over Vëllaznimi, in the last match of the 19th round of the Kosovo Super League in basketball. On Sunday evening, at the "Mizahir Isma" gym, the Rahoveci team triumphed with a minimum score of 86:84.
Vëllaznimi controlled the match for most of the time, constantly leading and creating a significant difference at times. However, Rahoveci 029 did not give up and stayed in the game until the last seconds.
One minute and 22 seconds before the end, the home team tied for the first time, when J'von McCormick made a three-pointer for the score 84:84. In the following attack, Vëllaznimi made a mistake, while 36 seconds before the end, Kentrell Pullian was fouled, who was accurate from the free throws for the decisive lead 86:84.
The Gjakova team still had two chances to turn the score around, but Jericole Hellems was inaccurate, first for two points and then for three points, ending the match and starting the big celebration for the people of Rahovec.
Kentrell Pullian was the main figure for Rahovec 029 with 32 points, nine rebounds and eight assists. Bardh Rexha also made important contributions with 13 points and seven rebounds, as well as J'von McCormick with 20 points, five rebounds and four assists.
For the Brotherhood, Jericole Hellems stood out with 21 points, six rebounds and four assists, while Ziggy Reid and Derrick Wilson added 15 points each, with Reid also recording five rebounds.
