Radoicic's security caused a fatal accident in Serbia, the wanted man for the terrorist attack in Banjska is facing charges

A serious event occurred on March 21, 2025, when a traffic accident caused the death of the mother of one of the police chiefs in Belgrade, Serbia.

The accident was caused by a vehicle that was part of the security convoy of Milan Radoicic, a figure linked to the Serbian government and involved in the terrorist attack in Banjska, Kosovo.

The suspected perpetrator of the accident is Miloš Milenkovic, 29, from Leposavic, who is one of those accused of terrorism in Banjska, the portal writes. Radar.

After the accident, Milenkovic was stopped by police and tested for alcohol, but no such substances were found. He has pleaded guilty to his crime.

However, there is no record that he was tested for drugs, and no checks were conducted on his vehicle or on other people involved in the incident.

Another vehicle, a BMW X5 with foreign license plates, was involved in the accident, but its drivers have not been identified and there is no information on whether they were questioned by police.

This incident has raised concerns about the influence of close political ties and the lack of transparency in such investigations.

In response to questions sent by the media, the Brusu Prosecutor's Office confirmed that an investigation has been opened against Milenkovic for the offense of "serious crimes against public security", and an autopsy has been ordered to determine the cause of the victim's death. However, so far, there has been no public reaction from the Serbian Ministry of Internal Affairs.

This case has prompted criticism of the disregard for the law towards individuals closely linked to power, highlighting the need for a justice system that functions without discrimination and protects the rights of all. /Telegraph/
