"Qualification is difficult, but not impossible", Zekirija Ramadani declares before the match against Celja

Drita is ready for the decisive challenge against Celja within the framework of the "play-off" phase in the Conference League, which will be played tomorrow (Thursday) starting at 21:00 at the "Fadil Vokrri" stadium.
Before this important European match, the coach of the Gjilan team, Zekirija Ramadani, spoke at a press conference where he spoke about the team's preparations, the importance of collective play and the confidence he has in his players despite the absences.
Ramadani emphasized that Drita's success depends on the identity and strength of the group, underlining that the team must stay united and give its maximum on the field against a quality opponent like Celje.
"The light must not come out of its own identity. We always have in front of us motivation and the objective that we have as a team. Always when we have functioned in a collective aspect, we have been successful. We have not relied on the individuality of anyone, but on the collective."
"After the match with Drenica, which is only three days away, we talked to the players, we did an analysis, I told you that if we rely on the group, we will make things difficult for the opponent. We have to rely on each other on the field. We have to give our best."
"We are here where many teams dream of being. Even if we lose, we must lose with our heads held high, we must not act like cowards," Ramadani initially said.

The coach also spoke about the analysis of the opponent, emphasizing that the team is prepared in all aspects and that qualification, although difficult, is not impossible.
"As far as we know and can, we have taken measures, we have prepared physically, psychologically, and tactically. As a footballer, I spent 5-6 years in the preparatory phase in Slovenia. Slovenians are cold."
"I've watched the last five games, two were with the former coach and three with the current coach. There are no changes, the same style of play is played."
"We have tried to highlight some of our strengths and weaknesses. We will be defended by the entire Celje team. We have tried to prepare the team and it will be difficult, but by no means impossible to qualify. We must use our home ground."
"I hope we have fans and use the ground as hosts. I hope we go with a lead, even if it's minimal. Mesa, Manaj and Broja are missing, but I have confidence in the others and I believe that their absence will not be noticeable," Ramadani declared on Wednesday at the press conference.Telegrafi/
