Pumpkins prepared in a different way: Great crunchy and tasty bites!

Slightly healthier and very tasty version of pumpkins fry

A recipe with which you will enjoy vegetables even those who do not particularly like them.

Ingredients:


– 2 medium-sized pumpkins (about 350 grams);
- 1 large egg;
- 50 grams of grated hard cheese;
- 70 grams of breadcrumbs;
- 1 clove of finely chopped garlic;
- pepper to taste.

Preparation:

Heat the oven to 200 degrees.

Put baking paper on the baking sheet.

Wash the pumpkins, peel them and grate them coarsely, drain the excess water. Add the egg, cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic and pepper to taste.

With a small spoon, pour the solution "for one bite" on the baking paper, form a little and bake until they are browned, then turn the pumpkins on the other side and keep in the oven until they are well baked.

The total baking time is 20 or 25 minutes.
