Professors and doctors join student protest against Vučić

Professors and researchers at the University of Novi Sad have organized a march today in support of students who have been protesting for several weeks against the government of Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić.

Everyone gathered at 11:30 in front of the Academy of Arts building, from where they walked to the campus, writes today.rs.

In the square in front of the Faculty of Medicine, from 10:45, healthcare workers, doctors, dentists, pharmacists, medical technicians, physiotherapists and others gathered and started a protest march towards the Academy, which was joined by professors to go to the campus.


After a 15-minute silence, which began in honor of the 15 victims of the collapse of the concrete outer shelter at the Novi Sad Train Station, the column headed towards the campus.
