In 200 countries around the world, the “Global Entrepreneurship Week” known as GEW (Global Entrepreneurship Week) has begun with over 10 million participants. This week is also marked in Kosovo, with over 30 activities and 25 participating organizations and companies. The organization of this week in Kosovo is made possible by the Innovation Centre Kosovo (ICK), which is officially the host of the week and a partner of the Global Entrepreneurship Network (GEN).

The official opening ceremony of #GEW2025 was organized today in Pristina, under the leadership of the Mayor of Pristina, Perparim Rama and Innovation Center Kosovo as the official host of GEW for Kosovo.

GEW began as a movement in 2007, during the global economic crisis, by the administration of former US President Barack Obama.

GEW is the largest celebratory entrepreneurship event in the world, bringing together entrepreneurs, innovators, employers, policymakers and other stakeholders, aiming to develop new ideas, create new jobs, increase well-being and development.

In Pristina and other cities in Kosovo, during the week of November 17-23, over 30 events will be organized by 25 partner organizations and companies. GEW 2025 is supported by TEB ShA, Coca-Cola HBC Kosova, and the British Council. Telegrafi.com is a media sponsor of #GEW2025. /Telegraph/
