Ingredients:

* 1 cup of coffee oil,
* 2 cups of coffee water,
* 100 g of flour (1 glass 2.1/2 dcl),
* 1/2 bag of paste powder,
* 4 eggs.


Cream: 1 liter of milk, 10 tablespoons of sugar, 8 tablespoons of flour, 2 eggs, 1 vanilla sugar.

Preparation:

Boil water with fat. Remove the container from the heat and, while stirring, gradually add the flour mixed with paste powder. The bowl is returned to the heat to knead the dough until it separates from the spoon and the bowl. The dough is cooled, then the eggs are added one by one, stirring the dough with a mixer or a wooden spoon to an even mass. With a ladle or a medium spoon, the size of a walnut, place the balls, spaced apart, on a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper. They are put in a hot oven with a temperature of 200 degrees C to bake for 30-35 minutes. The oven is not defrosted for 20 minutes after baking. If you want swan-doughnuts, from the remaining dough, with a thin kitchen knife, form several "necks" of swans in the shape of the letter S. They are baked at a temperature of 180 degrees C for 10 minutes, then they stay in the oven until they cool down.

Egg yolks, sugar, flour, vanilla sugar and 1 glass of cold milk, shake with a mixer. The mass is poured into the hot milk, stirring the cream constantly with a kitchen wire until it takes a few waves and thickens. Beat the egg whites to a firm foam and combine with the cooled cream by mixing it with a spoon until the mixture becomes homogeneous. Baked donuts are cut horizontally in half and filled with the cooled cream. If "swans" are prepared, the upper crust is cut in half, filled with cream, and the neck is placed in the middle so that it takes the shape of a swan. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
