The acting Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, received the former President of Montenegro, Milo Djukanovic, in a meeting on Thursday.

Djukanovic congratulated the Prime Minister on his victory in the elections, emphasizing the importance of democratic processes and citizens' support for the governing vision.


The announcement states that current regional and global developments were discussed, with a focus on the security situation and the dynamics affecting the Western Balkans.

The Prime Minister emphasized the commitment of the Government of the Republic of Kosovo to advancing good neighborly relations, for sustainable peace and for strengthening regional cooperation, in the function of peace and security and the European perspective of the region.

It was further stated that the new Government will continue to have an unwavering goal of Euro-Atlantic integration and prioritize economic development, the well-being of citizens and their security, without distinction. /Telegraph/
