The Kosovo national team secured a place in League B of the Nations League, after defeating Iceland with an aggregate score of 5-2 after two matches.
The decisive player in this match was striker Vedat Muriqi, who was the author of all three goals that the 'Dardans' scored in this challenge.
After the end of the duel, there were numerous reactions from well-known political figures in the country, while Prime Minister Albin Kurti's reaction has now also arrived.
Kurti, through a post on his social network Facebook, congratulated the Kosovo national team for their qualification and the performance they showed.
"Five goals in two matches against Iceland, three by Vedat Muriqi, which elevate Kosovo to Group B of the UEFA Nations League, and fill us all with pride for the performance of our players and the result achieved."
