The president of the Macedonian Human Resources Association and founder of the "Stepap" business incubator, Darko Petrovski, stated that Europe is facing a severe economic crisis that is directly reflected in Macedonia.

"The recession is not only in Germany, it is wider and is felt throughout Europe. It is already reflected in our country - I have information that some of the large investors in industrial zones are withdrawing and closing their capacities," Petrovski said on the "Biznis 21" show on "TV21".

He added that the withdrawal of investors linked to German industry leads to a surplus in the labor market, because with reduced demand from abroad, domestic companies are left without work.

"It is interesting that at the same time companies say they don't have enough people, this shows that the problem is not in numbers, but in qualifications," Petrovski stressed. /Telegraph/
