Inauguration of the bridge in Rogovë i Hasit by Kurti and the acting ministers, Hykmete Bajrami reacts

LDK MP, Hykmete Bajrami, has reacted after the acting Prime Minister, Albin Kurti, participated in the inauguration of the bridge in Rogovë i Has.

According to Bajrami, Kurti is not prime minister, and he continues to violate the laws, Telegrafi reports.

"With all the votes he has received, he is currently only one of the 120 MPs who is consistently continuing to violate the laws and the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo," she emphasized.

Bajrami further adds that "even if someone tries to amnesty them by saying that "the Law on Government is not a well-drafted law", we have Article 72 of the Constitution, which is clear: "A deputy cannot hold an executive position".

In response, she claimed that this is not a technical issue.

"This is a violation of the constitutional order, a hostage-taking of institutions and a violation of the oath given in the Assembly. I repeat: Albin Kurti is no longer Prime Minister, nor Albulena Haxhiu, nor Hekurani Murati, nor the others are no longer ministers - they are MPs who are continuing to behave like a government, deceiving citizens, violating the laws and the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo," she emphasized.

Among other things, she wrote that Kurti should hold the votes in the Assembly.

"Mr. Kurti, vote in the Assembly! Return to office with a new mandate, or come to the Assembly and remain as an MP. Otherwise, with these behaviors and actions you are continuing to destroy the constitutional order.
"The Constitution is not an alternative – it is an obligation," she explained.

Bajrami adds that "abuse in the name of voting, abuse of power and violation of laws and the Constitution should not be normalized. The prosecution must act - now! The LDK SP will very soon file a criminal report on this matter."/Telegraph/
