The Mayor of Pristina, Përparim Rama, has made his wealth public, revealing significant ownership in both Kosovo and the United Kingdom, as well as shares in several local and international companies.

According to the official declaration, Rama owns a total of six residential and commercial properties.

They include a 120 m² apartment purchased in 2017 for 2,581,253 euros, another 87 m² apartment purchased in 2016 for 996,140 euros, and a 100 m² apartment purchased in 2010 for 997,314 euros.

He also owns a 600 m² business building purchased in 2018 for 1,102,314 euros and a 120 m² residence purchased through his company 4AM LTD in 2011 for 1,173,310 euros.

In the category of movable property and properties abroad, Rama has declared a "Tesla" car purchased in 2017 worth 65,000 euros, as well as a collection of paintings inherited since 2004 with a declared value of 4 million euros.

He also owns several properties in London, including:

Campden Hill Mansions – 1,750,000 euros

Flat 6, Westbourne Park – €849,000

Unit 2B, Westpoint, Warple Way, Croydon (500 m²) – €900,000

Studio, 8A Vulcan Way, Croydon – €980,000

4AM LTD, Warple Way – €950,000

Property on Upper Fairfield Road (870 m²) – €4.5 million

Rama is also a shareholder in several different companies, including:

Infinity 8 AB – 12% of the shares (300,000 euros)

Microcement – 100% (10,000 euros)

4AM SHPSH – 100% (100,000 euros)

Rama and Rrahmani – 50% (1,000 euros)

4AM LTD – 100% (2 million euros)

StudioRama LTD – 100% (50,000 euros)

Nonlinear Matrix – 100% (100,000 euros)

4M Works LTD – 100% (100,000 euros)

In his bank accounts, he declared cash in the amount of 12,000 euros at Raiffeisen Bank and 12,500 pounds at Halifax Bank in London.

The annual income of the mayor of Pristina includes a monthly salary as mayor of 1,372 euros, as well as income from rental properties in London amounting to 3,850, 4,850, 2,385 and 4,000 euros per month from various properties.

Rama has also declared several active loans, including:

541,000 euros for the purchase of the apartment on Westbourne Park Road

€512,000 for unit 2B in Croydon

1.1 million euros for Campden Hill Mansions

370,000 euros for another property

500,000 euros for the property on Vulcan Way (via StudioRama)

490,000 euros for the purchase in Warple Mews
