Are people too busy to wash? The first 'washing machine' for people is being created - here's when it's expected to hit the market

Japan, the land of innovation, has unveiled a futuristic 'human washing machine', an AI-powered device capable of washing and drying people within 15 minutes.

Developed by Japanese company Science Co., this innovation called "Mirai Ningen Sentakuk" offers a bath-like experience.

The Al-powered system personalizes the wash cycle based on the user's skin type and physical metrics, Japanese publication Asahi Shimbun reported.

How will it work?

You enter a transparent machine that is half filled with warm water, reports the Telegraph.

It then releases microscopic bubbles that burst upon contact with your skin, removing impurities.

AI technology adjusts the machine's temperature and pressure for maximum comfort.

It also focuses on mental well-being. It analyzes your emotional state and projects calming images into your interior to help you relax.

When will it be launched?

Inspired by a similar concept introduced in the 1970s by Sanyo Electric, this modernized version will debut at the Osaka Expo 2025, where 1000 attendees will experience it firsthand.

After its testing, the machine is expected to enter mass production, promising to revolutionize personal hygiene and relaxation.

The company is also planning to release a home edition.

And it's already accepting reservations for the automated bathtub on its website. /Telegraph/
