Panja: Devolli Corporation in Peja has increased production in one of the largest factories in Europe for roasting and grinding coffee.

Astrit Panxha, Executive Director of the Kosovo Producers Club, has given good news.

He said that Devolli Corporation in Peja has invested in new production capacities in the coffee roasting and grinding factory, which is one of the largest in Europe.

Panxha has shown that from the previous capacity of 3.200 tons, the company has raised it to 44 tons per year.

"In a single factory in Kosovo, the amount of coffee equivalent to 8 percent of Italy's annual production will be roasted," he wrote on Facebook.

Among other things, Panxha said that if this company exports 95 percent of this amount, the impact on the economy of Kosovo will be extraordinary.

"Exports alone will increase by around 300 million euros per year. In addition to the direct increase in employment, the impact will be chain-like. Supporting industries such as packaging, transport, service, etc. will benefit. Plus the additional tax that will be paid to our state".

"Who is saying that there is no good news in Kosovo? I know one thing, Dukagjin will smell good, the smell of roasted coffee!", he added./Telegrafi/
