PSG defeated at home by Monaco

Paris Saint-Germain suffered a 3-1 home defeat to Monaco in the 25th round of the French football elite.
The match started with chances from both teams. In the sixth minute, Achraf Hakimi was close to scoring for
PSG, but goalkeeper Philipp Kohn made a great save.
A little earlier, Denis Zakaria risked a header for Monaco, but the ball went just over the crossbar.
Monaco took the lead in the 27th minute. Maghnes Akliouche took advantage of an assist from Folarin Balogun and calmly slotted home from inside the area to make it 1-0.
In the second half, Monaco doubled their lead. In the 55th minute, Aleksandr Golovin received a pass in the box and scored with a precise shot for 2-0, leaving goalkeeper Matvey Safonov without a reaction.

PSG reacted quickly and narrowed the score in the 71st minute. Bradley Barcola was served by Achraf Hakimi and scored for 1-2, restoring the Parisians' hopes.
However, just two minutes later Monaco restored the two-goal lead. Folarin Balogun fired a shot from outside the area and after a deflection the ball ended up in the net for 3-1.
PSG had several opportunities to get the game back on track, with Ousmane Dembele being stopped by a spectacular save from Kohn in the 79th minute.
In the end, Simon Adingra was very close to scoring the fourth goal for Monaco, but his shot was stopped by the crossbar.Telegrafi/
