PDK elects new chairman today, who will lead the party after Memli Krasniqi?

The Democratic Party of Kosovo is holding its General Convention today, at which the new party leader is expected to be elected.
The convention is taking place earlier than expected, after Memli Krasniqi resigned from his position as PDK chairman on November 12.
Today, November 17, PDK delegates will decide on the party's next leader.
So far, Bedri Hamza has officially announced his candidacy to lead the party.
"Now is the time for a united PDK, fighting for justice, development and a European Kosovo. PDK is our family and together we will open a new chapter of victories," Hamza wrote.
While Enver Hoxhaj has invited him to a television debate between the two.
"I invite Mr. Hamza to come out and debate next week. Come on, let's set a new standard," Hoxhaj declared.
He emphasized that the PDK presidential race should not be treated as a small process, but should be treated as a major political event that is important for all of Kosovo, because according to him, that is what it is.
Who will take over the leadership of PDK is expected to be announced today at 17:00 with the start of the Convention's proceedings. /Telegraph/
