PDK begins preparations for internal party elections

The Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK) held its second Presidency meeting after the December 28 elections, in which the internal analysis of the electoral process and the electoral results was discussed.
During the meeting, issues related to the recent elections were comprehensively addressed, where PDK was ranked as the second political force, while maintaining its traditional support.
The Presidency has also issued concrete recommendations for the party's further political and organizational steps at all levels.
As a first step towards further strengthening party structures, the PDK Presidency has approved the decision to begin preparations for internal elections, which will be held at all organizational levels, from sub-branches and branches to the central bodies of the party.
According to the announcement, the process is expected to begin in the coming weeks through the appointment of working groups and the drafting of concrete steps, with the aim of an inclusive, democratic and transparent process.
This process aims to consolidate structures, strengthen internal unity, and prepare the party for future political challenges.
The Democratic Party of Kosovo has emphasized that, based on reflection and political responsibility, it will continue to strengthen its role as the main opposition party, organized and credible, in service of the citizens and the interests of the Republic of Kosovo.
