The vote counting process in the Municipality of Pristina has completed 99,2% of polling stations (266 out of 268), with 103,326 votes processed out of a total of 222,326, according to data updated at 10:00 on October 14, 2025.

Preliminary results show a very close race among the main candidates:



Completed:

Progress Rama (LDK) leads with 33,75% of the vote, or 34,897 votes.

Hajrulla Çeku (LVV) follows with 33,05%, or 34,176 votes, while Uran Ismaili (PDK) has 27.79% or 28,739 votes.



Completed:

Progress Rama (LDKs) leads with 33,76% of votes, or 34,479 votes.

Hajrulla Ceku (VV) follow with 33,02%, or 33,727 votes — a difference of only 752 votes.

The other candidates are listed:

Uran Ismaili (PDK) - 27,80% (28,393 votes)

Beka Berisha (BARGE) - 3,12% (3,183 votes)

Besa Shahini (PSD) - 1,56% (1,590 votes)

Fatmir Selimi - 0,24% (248 votes)

With this result, Pristina goes to the runoff on November 9, where citizens will decide between the two main candidates to determine the new mayor.


Completed: The vote counting process in the Municipality of Pristina is nearing completion, with 247 out of 268 polling stations processed, accounting for 92,16% of the total.

Up to this stage, 95,566 votes out of a total of 222,326 have been processed, according to data updated at 23:49 on October 12, 2025.

According to the results so far:

Progress Rama from the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) leads with 33,94% of votes, corresponding to 32,435 votes.

In second place is Hajrulla Çeku from the Vetevendosje Movement (LVV) with 32,85%, or 31,398 votes.

Uran Ismaili of the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK) takes third place with 27,80% of votes, respectively 26,567 votes.

Bekë Berisha from the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo (AAK) has received 3,11% of votes (2,969 votes).

Besa Shahini of the Social Democratic Party (PSD) has secured 1,55% (1,478 votes).

Fatmir Selimi follows with 0,25%, or 237 votes.

With less than 10% of polling stations remaining to be processed, the race between Foliage and Ceku remains extremely close and the final result is expected to be determined only after the full count.

Completed: In Pristina, a close race for mayor is continuing between the candidate of the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK), Përparim Rama, and the candidate of the Vetëvendosje Movement, Hajrulla Çeku.

According to the latest results of the Central Election Commission (CEC), published at 23:04 on the evening of October 12, 2025, have been counted 218 out of 268 polling stations, which constitutes 81.34% of the total.

Progress Rama leads with 33.92% of the vote (28,203 votes), while Hajrulla Çeku ranks second with 32.88% (27,338 votes).

In third place is the candidate of the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK), Uran Ismaili, me 27.84% (23,147 votes).
After him are listed Beka Berisha from the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo (AAK) with 3.11% (2,588 votes), Besa Shahini from the Social Democratic Party (PSD) with 1.49% (1,239 votes) and Fatmir Selimi me 0.25% (207 votes).

According to CEC data, in Pristina, 83,155 citizens out of 222,326 registered, which constitutes 37.40% participation in voting.

Final results are expected to be confirmed once the full vote count is completed.



In the elections for mayor of Pristina, the race is being led by Përparim Rama from the Democratic League of Kosovo with 33.97% of the votes, closely followed by Hajrulla Çeku of the Vetëvendosje Movement! with 33.15%.

So far they have been counted 171 out of 268 polling stations, which represent 63.81% of the total, while participation is 28.52%.

The race between LDK and VV in the capital remains very close and is expected to be determined in the coming hours.

In the mayoral elections in Pristina, the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) candidate, Përparim Rama, is currently leading with 34.50 percent of the vote, which translates into 12,985 votes counted..

In second place is the candidate of the Vetëvendosje! Movement, Hajrulla Çeku, with 32.88 percent (12,375 votes), while behind him is the candidate of the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK), Uran Ismaili, with 27.34 percent (10,289 votes).

Further, the candidate of the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo (AAK), Bekë Berisha, has received 3.06 percent of the votes (1,153), while Besa Shahini from the Social Democratic Party (PSD) has 1.49 percent (559 votes). Candidate Fatmir Selimi has collected 0.26 percent (96 votes).

So far, 37,638 votes have been counted from a total of 222,326 registered voters, which constitutes 16.93 percent of the turnout, while 108 out of 268 polling centers (40.30 percent) have been processed.

The results are provisional and may change as data is updated by the Central Election Commission.

The race narrows in Pristina, after the CEC counts over 20% of the votes

With 20,90% of polling stations counted, the race for mayor of Pristina continues to be extremely close and dynamic.

According to the latest data from the Central Election Commission (CEC), the LDK candidate, Progress Rama, I am leading with 34,94% of the votes, which translates to 6,366 votes.

Immediately after him is the candidate of the Vetevendosje Movement, Hajrulla Ceku, me 32,96% apo 6,005 votes, while the PDK candidate, Uran Ismaili, is the third with 26,59% of votes (4,844 votes).

The Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) candidate, Përparim Rama, is leading in the race for mayor of Pristina, according to preliminary data published by the Central Election Commission (CEC).

Out of total 268 polling stations, so far have been counted 30, which represent 11,19% of polling stations.

Based on these partial results, Rama has received 37,24% of the votes, which translates to 2,994 votes.

Following him are:

Hajrulla Ceku (LVV) – 33,18% (2,667 votes)

Uran Ismaili (PDK) – 24,67% (1,983 votes)

Beka Berisha (AAK) – 2,81% (226 votes)

Besa Shahini (PSD) – 1,28% (103 votes)

Fatmir Selimi (independent or other entity) – 0,32% (26 votes)

So far, 8,039 citizens have voted in Pristina, representing 3,62% of the turnout out of a total of 222,326 registered voters.

The race remains close between Përparim Rama and Hajrulla Çeku, while further results are expected to be decisive in determining the second round or the final winner.
