US media reported that the two were embroiled in a legal dispute over embryos they allegedly created together, with Musk wanting them destroyed while Heard fought to keep them.

She wanted to have a child with him. This information was provided by Jennifer Howell, a close friend of the actress's sister Whitney. She submitted the statement to the court.

Although this statement was ultimately excluded from the Johnny Depp and Amber Heard lawsuit, it became relevant again due to the revelation of Musk's increasingly complex family life.

He was in a relationship with Heard from 2016 to 2018. As reported by The Wall Street Journal, Musk has 14 children and has entered into confidential financial agreements with several women with whom he has offspring.
