Jovan Viçentijević's activity against the constitutional order of the Republic of Kosovo goes beyond the terrorist act of November 29, 2024, related to the explosion carried out in the Ibër-Lepenc canal.

In his testimony, he spoke about another attack that was planned for October 2024, in which Milan Radoicic was involved - while the US elections were cited as the reasons for stopping the attack.

Vicentijevic is also indicted in the Banjska case.

The elections in the United States of America, according to the testimony of the defendant in the "Varaga" case, Jovan Vičentijević, were the reason why Kosovo was saved from an attack planned by Milan Radoićić and his group in October 2024.

This statement by the member of the Serbian Army, arrested and charged with the terrorist attack on the Ibër-Lepenc canal, is part of the indictment filed by the Special Prosecution.

"Jovan Vicentijevic stated that in October 2024, an attack on the Republic of Kosovo was planned (he did not mention anything more), but it was stopped by the internationally wanted Milan Radoicic with the excuse that we should wait until the elections in America are over, and the candidate for US president, Mr. Donald Trump, wins, since according to information that the defendant Vicentijevic has, Milan Radoicic has financed Mr. Trump's campaign with the Serbian Lobby with thirty (30) million dollars."

The statement of Jovan Vičentijević, who is also accused of espionage, is related to the part where he tells how, together with other members of the Serbian community in the north, they had conducted military training in "Pasulanske Livade" in Serbia, in 2022 - for which there is also video and photographic evidence.

In addition to the Serbian army superiors, some of whom are mentioned by name and position, one of the key figures there was Vladimir Radivojević, known as "Mami" - accused of the terrorist-paramilitary attack in Banjska.

Vicentijevic himself, who according to the indictment is part of the terrorist organization "Civil Protection", is also incriminated in the Banjska case.

In order to help Živko Jaksić – a participant in the September 24 terrorist attack – Vičentijević had received from Jaksić, on Viber, the location via “Google Maps”, at the time close to the attack.

The prosecution emphasizes that Jovan Viçentijević's activities against the constitutional order of the Republic of Kosovo are also confirmed by other evidence found on electronic devices, as well as communications with a person named Darko regarding the purchase of weapons, ammunition, and military clothing.

On his computer, institutions have found evidence of his activities since March 2004.

"... photographs of the events of 2011, during the attack on the border points in Jarinje and Brnjak, photographs of barricades, photographs of the events of 2004, photographs of the leaders of the Kosovo Liberation Army, which has a structure and organization and mentions the names of many Albanians within it, photographs of various places in Kosovo where the defendant visited and photographed."

But his spy skills failed him on December 1, 2024, two days after the attack, when he tried to escape arrest by falsely introducing himself when stopped by the police - the third person in a car, sitting in the back with his head down, without documents, supposedly going from the village of Cerpulje to Zubin Potok to buy medicine.

In addition to the FBI's mud expertise and the DNA on the fuse - conducted in Italy - which directly incriminate him, the Prosecution has also secured security camera footage showing the car movements of Jovan Vicentijevic and his brother Dragisa on the day of the attack.

For the attack of November 29, 2024, the prosecution also mentions a warning in a Telegram group, of which Vičentijević was a part and where he had communicated.
