On Wednesday, it was reported that Vjosa Osmani is preparing a new political list called "Hope", with which she could compete in the upcoming elections, potentially in coalition with the Democratic League of Kosovo or the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo.
The reports come in the context of the possibility that, if the Assembly fails to elect a new president by Thursday, the country could head towards extraordinary elections.
However, these claims have been denied by Osmani's advisor, Meliza Haradinaj.
She called the news fake and called on the media to stop spreading false information.
"The claims that President Osmani has formed a political organization called 'Shpresa' are untrue. Enough with the lies!", said Haradinaj.
