Osman Nagavci's Chief of Staff: Come on, it's a formality, blame the opposition for going to the elections, is there any shame left?

President Vjosa Osmani's chief of staff, Learta Hollaj, has reacted harshly to the statements of the head of the Vetëvendosje Movement (LVV) Parliamentary Group, Arbërie Nagavci, regarding support for a second term for Osmani.
Hollaj wrote on her Facebook account that LVV's approach shows no respect for the constitutional order and institutional responsibility.
"Ms. Nagavci, it is believed that your parliamentary and political experience is sufficient to handle this issue with the seriousness required by constitutional weight and civic and state interest. This is not a simple matter of procedural or administrative arithmetic, but a topic that touches the essence of institutional responsibility and respect for the constitutional order," said Hollaj.
She harshly criticized LVV for the way it is handling Osman's candidacy process.
According to her, the tendency to blame the opposition for going to the elections is shameful.
"If you tell someone 'come just for a formality, become Glauk Konjufca's counter-candidate', that is, just for numbers, so that later we can blame the opposition together for going to the elections, is there any shame? You have not offered the President a single vote for re-election, but you have asked her to do a formality and numbers, so that today you can come up with such manipulations. We do not treat state institutions like that," said Hollaj./Telegrafi.
