The Democratic Party has appealed to the KAS Ilirjan Celibashi's decision to open ballots from Greece.
"Amending the SEC decision, ordering the separate holding of contested Diaspora votes, as long as the CEC has not made available evidence that the Postal Operator has respected all legal criteria in the distribution or return of votes from registered Albanian citizens."
"Suspension of the effects of the SEC Decision, Mr. Ilirjan Celibashi, until our appeal is reviewed," reads the DP's appeal.
