The Basic Court in Ferizaj has announced that on February 12, 2026, starting at 09:00, the initial hearing will be held in the criminal case against several defendants accused of aggravated murder.
According to the official announcement, the defendants HB, RM, V.Ç., EL and Sh.K. are charged with the criminal offense of “aggravated murder”, under Article 173 paragraph 1, subparagraph 1.9, in conjunction with Article 31 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo (CCRK).
Meanwhile, the defendant DG is charged with the criminal offense of "providing assistance to perpetrators after the commission of a criminal offense", under Article 380 paragraph 3, in conjunction with paragraph 2 of the CCRK.
The session will be held at the Basic Court building in Ferizaj, on the first floor, room number I, and will be led by Judge Ilir Bytyqi.
