Olmo talks about comparing Yamal to Messi

Barcelona midfielder Dani Olmo has described his teammate Lamine Yamal's comparisons to Lionel Messi as absurd.
The 18-year-old Spaniard scored a spectacular bicycle kick goal in the win against Real Oviedo, taking his tally to 11 goals and 12 assists in all competitions this season.
His good form with goals and assists has led to Yamal being praised by all, while he is also being compared to Argentine legend, Messi.
However, Olmo has said that Yamal's comparisons to Messi are absurd, but insisted that the Spanish talent can create his own legacy and will be essential to the club's success.

"Lamine has his own path. Any comparison of a player with Messi is crazy. He has his own path and it's absurd."
"We will support him to help him improve. If Lamine wins and scores goals, the team will win," Olmo said. /Telegraph/
