In the Kosovo Assembly that emerged from the elections of December 28, 2025, there are 9 deputies who have managed to win the mandate of deputy for the seventh time, but there are some of them who have won the mandate for the 10th time.
The leader of the AAK, Ramush Haradinaj, is the only MP in the post-war history of Kosovo to have been elected in all legislatures to date, winning the trust of citizens a total of 10 times to represent them in Parliament, writes Telegrafi.
However, there have been cases when Haradinaj has withdrawn from his mandate for various reasons.
After Haradinaj, Enver Hoxhaj has won mandates in 9 legislatures since the second post-war elections, while his PDK party colleague, Xhavit Haliti, has won seats in the Assembly 8 times, failing to be elected only twice (2019 and February 2025).
The others on this list with 7 mandates are Glauk Konjufca, Blerta Deliu – Kodra, Anton Quni, Armend Zemaj, Hykmete Bajrami and Time Kadriaj, all regularly elected in the last and previous elections.
