New nightmare for Real Madrid - the kings learn the long time of the absence of the center-back

New bad news for Real Madrid. Brazilian defender Eder Militao has been seriously injured again and will be out for three to four months. The club has confirmed that it is a rupture of the femoral biceps of his left leg, with damage to the proximal tendon, according to "Marca".
"Following tests carried out on our player Eder Militao by Real Madrid's Medical Services, he has been diagnosed with a rupture of the biceps femoris of his left leg with involvement of the proximal tendon. Further developments are awaited," the Madrid club said in an official statement.
Militao was forced off the pitch in the 24th minute of Sunday's match against Celta at the Bernabeu. Ironically, the injury occurred during a routine defensive run that saved Real from a dangerous situation.

There was no collision or aggressive contact — simply a move that footballers perform dozens of times during a match, but this time fate tested the Brazilian defender again.
This absence is a serious blow for Real Madrid. Militao could be out until April 2026, risking missing up to 29 matches.

This includes almost the entire Copa del Rey, the Super Cup, the much-anticipated Bernabeu derby and most of the Champions League up to the quarter-finals. Real have been without one of their defensive pillars for almost half the season, which is a huge blow both tactically and emotionally. /Telegraph/
