A sex scandal has shaken the political scene in Montenegro, after videos and photos with intimate content were shared on social networks, which allegedly involve two former senior state officials - Mirjana Pajković, former secretary of state, and Dejan Vukšić, former director of the National Security Agency.

After the publication of the materials, both resigned from their positions, causing widespread public debate and political reactions, the media wrote.

Messages between the rumored duo, exchanged on the WhatsApp application, have now been published.

Pajkovic has filed criminal charges for unauthorized distribution of intimate content, while also publishing parts of conversations and audio recordings, according to her, where Vuksic had threatened her to expose the material.

On the other hand, Vukšić denies his involvement and claims that the video was distributed without his knowledge.

He has also filed a criminal complaint against Pajković for attempted blackmail.

The scandal has sparked a broad debate about privacy protection and legal liability for the distribution of intimate content.

Under Montenegrin law, the unauthorized distribution of intimate materials can be punishable by up to five years in prison. /Telegraph/
