Nevzat Bejta will return to politics, as he will be a candidate for mayor of Gostivar from the WLEN coalition.
For Telegrafi Makedonija, it was Bejta himself who confirmed that he will run in the January 11 elections for the Municipality of Gostivar.
A few minutes later, Bejta confirmed his candidacy through a Facebook status, where he announced that the procedure for submitting the candidacy to the SEC will officially be completed tomorrow.
"Honorable citizens of Gostivar, With God's permission, with the will of the citizens, with the results of the surveys and after consultations with the leaders of VLEN, it has been decided that the VLEN candidate for these elections in Gostivar will be me. To formalize this honest initiative and with a single goal - the good of the city and the citizens of Gostivar - tomorrow at 12:00 we will submit the candidacy to the Municipal Election Commission. In my name, on behalf of the leaders of VLEN and the central headquarters, we invite you tomorrow, at 12:00, at the small park near the municipality, to participate in the candidacy submission ceremony. We recall that Nevzat Bejta was mayor of the Municipality of Gostivar for two terms, while his return to this political race comes after the census was not reached in the October 19 elections in Gostivar. /Telegraph/
