With a grand and festive atmosphere, the leading company in the field of technology and home appliances, Neptun Kosova, has today officially opened its largest store in the Balkans, at the Central Park shopping center in Pristina.
Over 2,000 square meters, prestigious brands, and a clear vision for the future – all built with one goal in mind: to put the customer at the center of everything.
Kaltrina Hoxha, marketing director at Neptun, in a statement to Telegrafi said that the new location has a special strategic importance.
"Central Park is strategically located, right in the heart of Pristina, and responds directly to consumer demands – easily, quickly and with simple access for everyone," she said.
Hoxha said the new store represents not only a physical expansion, but also a new approach to the customer experience.
"Neptun Kosova in Central Park is the largest store in our entire network, including our presence in Albania, Macedonia, Bosnia and Kosovo. Over 2 thousand square meters of space, with an environment curated in detail and with new brands and technological innovations, including areas dedicated to experience," she said.
In honor of the opening, Neptun offered 3,500 special offers, discounts of up to 60% and 100 free gifts to first-time visitors, which, according to it, once again proved the trust and high expectations of consumers.
"This store is built with a focus on the consumer. We not only maintain our position as the market leader, but we see this as a responsibility to always be one step ahead – to bring what consumers expect, or perhaps don't yet know they need," said Hoxha.
On the other hand, Fatos Bajraktari, CEO of Central Park, emphasized the great positive impact that the opening of Neptun Kosova has on increasing the center's visitor numbers.
"Neptun is a powerful and attractive brand for any shopping center. After JUMBO, Neptun is another major investment that has significantly increased the number of visitors and will continue to do so."
He said that Neptun represents the best brand in the Balkans for technology and white goods, and the opening of this store in Central Park is an extraordinary achievement.
"We have never had such a store in the region before. Today we can proudly say that we have the largest Neptun in the Balkans. In addition to the usual parking space, we have also created new areas at the back of the center, which I believe will cover the needs of visitors," said Bajraktari, among other things. /Telegrafi/
