Two people were arrested today in Pristina for involvement in the criminal offenses of unauthorized purchase, possession and sale of narcotics, psychotropic or analogous substances, and counterfeiting of money.
The arrest of RR (23) and AS (24), Kosovar citizens, follows investigations by the Directorate for the Investigation of Narcotics Trafficking for criminal offenses related to narcotics.
During a search of a suspect's apartment in Pristina, the police found and seized four bags of narcotic mushrooms weighing 106.7 grams, 186 pieces of ecstasy, five bags of the substance MDMA - 17 grams, four bags of cocaine - 22.1 grams, four bags and a jar of the narcotic substance ketamine weighing 109.2 grams, one bag of marijuana - 0.7 grams, 440 euros that are suspected to be counterfeit, two electronic scales, 700-800 empty bags used for packaging narcotics in small quantities.
The arrested persons were taken into custody after being interviewed by a decision issued by the prosecutor.
