New footage has been released from the mafia assassination that shocked Rinas on Tuesday afternoon, where 47-year-old Gilmando Dani, known as Emiljano Shullazi's right-hand man, was killed.
In the same attack, the Police Supervision Agency (AMP) officer, Muçi Shaljani, known by the nickname "Sheqeri", was also seriously injured.
The footage shows the moment when the perpetrators, who were traveling in a vehicle of the type Toyota, have ambushed the vehicle at the Rinas airport roundabout Benz white, where Dani and Shaljani were.
The perpetrators then got out of the car and opened fire on them, leaving Gilmando Dani dead on the spot, while Shaljani was taken to the hospital in serious condition.
Police continue investigations to identify and capture the perpetrators of the assassination, which is suspected to be linked to recent clashes within criminal groups in Tirana.
