Murati: The president's issue after the completion of the three emergency steps

The Minister of Finance, Hekuran Murati, has reiterated that the president's issue will be addressed only after the three emergency steps determined by the Government are completed.
Speaking to the media on Friday, Murati stressed that the prime minister has already clarified his position on this issue.
According to him, the three emergency priorities must first be completed, among which the current focus is on the approval of the budget and international agreements that have an expiration date.
"Regarding the president's issue, the Prime Minister explained yesterday that after the three emergency steps are completed, one of which is right now, the approval of the budget and international agreements that have an expiration date. He is ready to sit down with other political entities represented in the parliament and discuss how to find a solution to move forward. From yesterday to today, nothing has changed, the position continues to be the same," Murati declared.
He added that the current focus of the Government remains the swift processing of international agreements in the Assembly, so that they can be made available to the Republic of Kosovo.
According to Murati, the implementation of the reforms agreed with the European Union constitutes one of the greatest benefits in relation to the gross domestic product, emphasizing that Kosovo is among the main beneficiaries of these agreements. /Telegraph/
