Michigan teacher honored with Guinness World Record for 67-year career

A 90-year-old English teacher from Michigan has been honored with a Guinness World Record for her 67-year career in education.
Beverly Hannett-Price, who teaches at Detroit Country Day School, received the certificate for the longest career as a language teacher (female) during a surprise ceremony held in her honor.
This activity was also attended by the famous actor Courtney B. Vance, her former student, who praised the great influence that the teacher had on his formation.

Hannett-Price has been teaching since 1958 and her former students include well-known names such as Robin Williams and Steve Ballmer.
Despite her age, she says she has no plans for retirement.
