A man from Michigan, USA – with more than 40 years of experience playing the lottery – finally got it right when he won $6 million from a scratch-off ticket.
A 60-year-old man from Macomb County told Michigan Lottery officials that the $6,000,000 ticket he bought from Najors Liquor & Deli on Van Dyke Avenue in Sterling Heights was long overdue, the Telegraph reports.
"I play scratch cards all the time and have been playing for over 40 years," the player said.
"When I scratched the ticket and saw that I had won $6 million, I thought I was going to faint! I had to scan it in the lottery app to double-check because I couldn't believe what I was seeing," he added.
The winner said his prize money will go towards taking a vacation and increasing his savings. /Telegraph/
