Mexhiti has clarified that this stance is not an emotional reaction, but the result of a long process of efforts for internal reform, which did not find understanding within the DUI.
"I have struggled for seven years with internal battles, with principled and principled struggles. We started as the 'Fire Group' precisely because it is not normal for everyone within a subject to think the same way, without debate, without criticism.
