Radio Dukagjini and the Radar show launch a new documentary-narrative series on January 25. "Mes Ħatr muresh", moderated by Edita Doli, begins its weekly broadcast, which addresses topics related to mental health and emotional well-being, offering an important public space for open and professional discussion on this still stigmatized field in our society.

Each episode brings honest accounts of individuals sharing their personal experiences dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional difficulties.

During the narration, a mental health specialist, a psychiatrist, is always present, who offers professional analysis and advice on dealing with similar situations, making the show a combination of human narration and therapeutic approach.

"The main goal of "Mes ħatr Muresh" is to increase social awareness of mental health, break taboos and encourage the search for professional help. Through this format, it aims to contribute to the development of a new culture of understanding, acceptance and support for people facing difficulties of a psychological nature," says Edita Doli.

The new series of shows will be broadcast every Sunday, starting January 25, at 20:00 PM, on the Radio Dukagjini channel, on YouTube, and on the RADAR show channel on social networks.
